Announcement from Partnerships with CROs Program Director

The Partnerships in Clinical Trials Program Director would like to share this with you:

Dear Partnerships Blog Readers,

My name is Marina Adamsky and I am the Event Director for the 2013 Partnerships in Clinical Trials conference. I am delighted to share this year’s program with you! Weaving just the right mix of high level keynote sessions, case study presentations and unique networking formats, Partnerships in Clinical Trials provides you with the tactical knowledge and an array of perspectives from all of the stakeholders that make clinical trials a success.

Hundreds of research calls with your peers have led us to create a tactical roadmap to clinical trial innovation:
  • • Keynote provocateurs push boundaries and provide inspiration featuring PatientsLikeMe, The Structural Genomics Consortium, and The Scripps Translational Science Institute
  • • Real-world case studies worthy of the main stage directly from the mouth of your industry peers including Eli Lilly’s Clinical Open Innovation Initiative, Merck’s take on Adaptive Clinical Trial Design and Medtronic’s insights into Bayesian Statistics
  • • Develop sustainable operating models that live beyond the initial ROI with a full track on enhancing new partnering paradigms featuring trends in Pharma-Pharma Co-Collaboration, partnering with academia and pre-competitive collaboration

Plus, I am pleased to announce the 2nd Annual Women’s Clinical Leadership Forum led by Patricia Sellers, Editor-at-Large for Fortune Magazine. This forum brings together women who are leaders in our industry to talk openly on the challenges they faced and how they overcame them. As an aspiring woman leader myself, I am especially excited to hear about the motivational career journey of Annalisa Jenkins, EVP & Head of Global Drug Development and Medical at Merck Serono, who rose the ranks in the pharmaceutical industry after a career as a Medical Officer with the British Royal Navy. I am sure we will all walk away with renewed energy and inspiration to further develop our leadership skills and attain new heights.

For more information on this year’s Women’s Leadership Forum taking place Sunday, April 21, download the agenda and make sure to sign up for our email updates.

I look forward to welcoming you to the Orlando World Center Marriott in Florida in April.

Kind regards,
Marina Adamsky
