Partnerships in Clinical Trials announces the 3rd Annual Women's Leadership Dinner

For the 3rd consecutive year, the Women's Clinical Leadership Forum, part of the Partnerships in Clinical Trials Conference has been a unique place where women in pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device companies at all stages of their careers meet to exchange, share, and learn from the lessons of the industry’s most prestigious leaders.

Why is the Women’s Leaderships Forum important to the clinical Trials industry? Panelist Bari Kowal of Pfizer shares:

Women’s leadership issues are a critical part of success in the pharmaceutical industry as there is a business case for change and resetting mindsets through education and results. The key to innovation is having the most innovative people and as an industry, we don’t have a robust pipeline in development of people, specifically women. We need to overcome hidden bias and work to ensure better equality in opportunity. Women in leadership positions within an organization serve as strong role models and positively influence young women, making possibilities for their own accomplishments more real. We need to recognize women leaders.

Join us on Monday, March 31st at The Mirage in Las Vegas, NV, to connect with 100+ of your peers from across the clinical trials industry to address these critical issues:
  • - What is the career path you need to take to become an executive women?
  • - How can executive women mentor or share knowledge with other women in the industry?
  • - How do you find a mentor?
We invite you to join leaders in the field including Joan Chambers COO, CenterWatch; Bari Kowal, VP, Strategic Alliance and Development Lead,Pfizer; Jodie Morrison, CEO, Tokai Pharmaceuticals. Find out more about the Women’s Leadership Forum and the rest of the event.
